Other than His constituents and the Speaker, who is Schiff legally answerable to for his dictatorial shenanigans? Can Nunes bypass the Congress re filing a complaint against Schiff or can he sue Schiff directly in the courts. Whatever, Schiff is too arrogant to slowdown now.

His constituents didnt give a rats behind when he didnt bother showing up after the fires, they would re-elect Schiff in a New York minute..its all politics, Schiff is one of the sleaziest douche bags you could ever come across..his connections to Ed Buck, his connections to Dr Bruce Hensel, the list goes on and on and on

He stands for election every two years.

That’s it.

That’s the only control over a Congressional subpoena. Well, other than the fact Congress has no way to ENFORCE one. In this case they didn’t have to, ATT complied voluntarily.
