Well, to play devil’s advocate here for a moment, watching videos of anything except child porn isn’t illegal, so there is that. And it is possible that some of the attendees had no idea what was to happen the next day. That said, since they are all guests in this country, all can be asked to leave.

Saudi Arabia is a rich nation with fine airbases where their pilots can be trained. In fact training occurring under the conditions where their service would likely occur—God’s own desert— strikes me as being more practical than training on the Gulf coast. Send them all home.
