Are white, Western "liberated" women converting to Islam? I don't think it's a trend. But if occasionally one auch female converts, it's likely because she senses she needs -- wants -- someone to dominate her, to live within a strict set of rules so she doesn't have to make so many choices. I suspect this is why Islam appeals to incarcerated black criminals. They know they're not living a decent, honorable life, so they submit themselves and their appetites (which may be subsiding naturally anyway as their testosterone deops) to The Boys' Own religion. And it really helps that ithey see it as a poke in the eye to white Christians, whom they view as sissies.

Most females that convert that I have seen cluster in colleges or universities, and I’ve seen many at local stores. . .FT Worth/Dalls area.

And my thought mirrors yours, she views White Christian males as weak and sissified.
