Jonathan Turley is the scholar. Those others have the façade, but nothing logical to back it up. Personal opinion, envy, hatred and lack of truth regarding our Founding documents do not create trust in these people. I cringe when I think of young people who think they will be taught actual truths on these College Campuses. More than that, these Colleges have been endowed with false high and mighty wisdom because the extreme rich and powerful own them, and, consistently populate them with their, perhaps, very mediocre sons and daughters and that causes me to fear for our nation at large. Those few accepted at these schools who are not wealthy but only icons will live to find out that their $100,000 college debt bought them only a mirage. Regarding the Professors we saw and heard last week from Harvard and Stanford, I find myself wondering whether being a captive of Academia one’s whole life somehow exacerbates delusion and illusion. Does being separated from the basic issues of life, as in a bubble, cause some kind of emotional, intellectual and spiritual regression or blunting of common sense, such as being locked in a closet or tied to a bedpost would block normal human development? In my mind, what I see from too many academics, career politicians, and their funders makes me wonder. The actual truth may be that the real bottom line is worse, for it may simply be a system set up which is about raw power where one wishes to isolate and starve both literally and figuratively, one’s enemies. Joe Biden’s and Nancy Pelosi’s aggressive behavior yesterday over merely being asked questions which should be asked in the situations in we find ourselves tell us all we need to know about who they are. My parents always told me not to pay attention to what people say but to watch closely to see what their actions say. Enough said.
