Bloomberg is fanatically anti-tobacco, but you have to wonder if somebody his age wasn't smoking 50 or 60 years ago.

Compared to the senile former VP, the raving lunatic, socialist senator, the geeky, hyperactive fake Indian, and Mayor Buttplug, Senator Booker seems fairly reasonable and well-spoken.

I would call Buckley, Limbaugh, Zelden, et al., articulate, because they have the ability to verbally string sentences together logically.
I would describe me as verbally inarticulate, because I am not blessed with their ability. I do, however, have a pretty good command of the English language.
Walter Williams, Thomas Sowell, et al. are articulate. Corey Booker, on a comparative basis, is not.
If Williams or Sowell said that I was inarticulate, I certainly would not expect an apology.
