Maybe RBG realizes there will be possible future requests for future past Presidents’ bank records and does not want to allow a precedent to be set.

I bet everyone would like to see obama’s bank records too...

My beloved believes RBG realizes she doesn’t want to be the one to officially break the Constitution.

What they say is Constitutionally okay this week cannot be undone next week.

So it’s all about pride. She probably didn’t see it coming to such a head so quickly....
