Ok, thanks for clarifying that. I am actually glad you can not switch.
However, I see Independents in my small town of 2500 people come in switch to Dem/Rep, vote and then switch back. It pisses me off.
Many people in New Hampshire think it is unfair that only un-enrolled voters get to choose what primary to vote in, but that is the law at this time.
