But as to why foreigners might be at a primary military training base, I believe the allies who buy US military aircraft have been sending pilots to the US for training for many years.

Everytime we turn around Middle Eastern pilot training members go AWOL and then we never hear if they are ever caught. Why we bring them here and train them and let them in on our secrets is APPALLING.
