It was fascinating to see to see Speaker Pelosi, fresh from a congressional jaunt to a climate change conference in sunny Spain, explain to us the urgency of impeaching President Trump after, as Rep. Andy Biggs points out, the equivalent of two months of congressional recesses in which none of the American people's business was done. One of those was the Thanksgiving recess, during which the 31 House members from House districts Trump won, and others, got an earful from constituents who wanted to know why nothing's been done on prescription drug prices, border security, putting together a budget, or the USMCA trade agreement with Canada and Mexico. Right now, it looks like a virtual Christmas Eve impeachment vote happening on Dec. 21 or Dec. 22. More likely her urgency is triggered by the upcoming multi-week Christmas recess, where, once again, constituents will give their representatives an earful, further cooling impeachment fervor, which polls say is declining among the American people, particularly among independents and in key battleground states.

Nunes says he is exploring all legal options, and that his civil rights were clearly violated. And he says Giuliani’s were as well and that Giuliani isn’t afraid of suing anybody.
Nunes just sued CNN over a fake news story about him for $470 million.
So I expect there will be some be some pricey lawsuits, and I would expect both AT&T and Schiff to be named as defendants.
But they probably have to make inquiries of AT&T first as to if and why they supplied the records, as well as inquiries of Schiff as to how he obtained the records and wait a reasonable amount of time for a response before filing.
I would venture that the “climate change conference” was dual purpose and that is not all they talked about. Bet Pelosi abused her power and made some other deals with these foreign leaders while she was there.

George Washington should have been impeached over the emoluments clause because he was selling wheat from this farms to Europe while he was President.
He should have been impeached for bribery and quid pro quo for threatening to withhold wheat from Europe if they didn't back off of attacking our ships.
We have postal records showing whom he sent mail to... Nobody knows what was in the letters, but people close to Washington's aides who saw him write the letters were told anonymously that the letters were inappropriate.
