What this has done is gotten Trump-ambivalent Republicans to rally to him. They have awoke a sleeping dragon and filled it with terrible resolve.

Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi, the unknown/known whistleblower, the 3 liberal professors wishing to impeach Trump, Obama, Hillary, Schiff’s staff, Nadler’s staff, Pelosi’s staff, Biden, Hunter Biden, and all who were questioned during the impeachment hearings.
If the true facts is what they’re looking to get at for impeaching Trump, then, let’s get ALL THE FACTS.
The Dems’ impeachment investigation is a planned exercise in pearl-clutching and hoping the public interprets that to mean they really found something. Ordering drafting of articles of impeachment is just her doubling down on that play-pretend game. They patently have nothing.
Pelosi knows the Senate is not going to convict Trump on these farcical allegations. Moving forward with a package of nothing will have an enormous downside for the Dems. Safe-seat Nancy might not care, but less safe Dems will fear an electoral tsunami coming down. I am disposed to think they will seek a “third way” (declare Trump guilty and punt).

No dismissal. Depose witnesses, limit the trial to fact witnesses with CJ Roberts deciding evidentiary and witness issues. Three of the four professors were arguing as prosecutors not as unbiased law professors, with one even getting the definition of treason wrong (and the definition is in the constitution!). Explore parallel construction and coordination between the alphabet agencies. Name them. If you choose to impeach an american citizen who is president, there is no anonymity. At any level, or any “asset”. All involved in the investigation...Misfud, his hired honey pot everyone. I heard at the beginning of the “Russian affair” that the sources and methods could be compromised, and I thought that was odd. Now I believe it was an “intelligence coup”. Call it a “counter intelligence investigation” and there is no real accountability and they then hid their sources and methods using parallel construction. But they were not clever. And they continue to not be clever.
