Not to defend the Dems but it wasn’t secret. Nunes said on Levin they saw the subpeona a month ago but apparently the GOP were too lazy to research whose phone numbers Schiff was subpoenaing.

Nunes said the phone numbers looked like random nonsense. He would have surely recognized his own number, so Schiff may have altered the record given to Republicans to hide what he was doing.
