Don’t all shootings qualify as ‘active’ shootings? Like, hypothetically ... how could several people get shot during an ‘unactive’ shooter situation?
If the person with the gun is doing nothing but the gun itself shoots several people, then you have an inactive shooter situation.
I was just going to ask if anybody’s ever seen a news story about an inactive shooter.
