That is an interesting take on the Collins vote.

One them might be an even worse pick than Obama or Hillary would make.

The U.S. Senate will soon vote on the judicial confirmation of Patrick J. Bumatay as nominee to the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. We are opposed to this nomination.

Contact your senators now. Urge them to vote against the nomination of Patrick Bumatay to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Several red flags have surfaced about Bumatay’s past and current membership in radical activist groups including Tom Homann LGBT Law Association (THLA), DOJ Pride, and Log Cabin Republicans.

These radical groups fight to pass anti-religious liberty laws and work to place activist judges on the bench. Their goal is to force Christians to abandon their religious faith and surrender to the homosexual agenda.

Patrick J. Bumatay has been a member of Tom Homann LGBT Law Association (THLA) since 2017. The purpose of this activist group is to “expand the legal rights of LGBT [homosexual] people,” and the Association’s bylaws state that its membership “shall consist of all individuals who support the purposes of the [LGBT] Corporation.”

Bumatay, a member of the Federalist Society since 2003, worked on the Bush Cheney campaign in both 2000 and 2004. He was President of the Yale College Republicans and Vice President of the Harvard Law School Republicans. After law school and a clerkship with Judge Timothy Tymkovich, he worked at the Justice Department on the confirmations of Chief Justice John Roberts and Samuel Alito and former Attorney General Michael Mukasey. After President Trump became president, he left his role as a line prosecutor and volunteered to be detailed to work beside senior political leadership at the Justice Department. While there, he won an award for his work on Neil Gorsuch’s confirmation.

One would have to think that someone on the Dem side, maybe one of their Senators, is saying...”Ahem ahem ahem, while you clowns are grasping at straws that don’t exist, he’s well on his way to changing everything we’ve been building for the last 30 years. You might want to stop the bullsh*t and pay some attention”.

But, if there was one or two, no one would listen. POTUS has them in such a state of chaos and confusion, they’ve been blinded by it.

And if the Queen had balls, she’d be the king. You gave a thoughtful analysis. But Murkowski shouldn’t even be there with all the dirty stuff she pulled to get sent back. Collins, she’s dead, but no one has told her yet.

Do you ever see the Dem’s voting against the party? Only when they know they can and they get permission from leadership, so they can save some face with the voters.

Is a RINO better than a Dem? Yes. You have a 50/50 chance that they’ll make the right decision.

You’re either a Republican or not. At this point in the game with the way the Dem’s and the Left are playing, it’s one or the other. There isn’t a lot of wiggle room anymore.

Murkowski & Collins, with their self-righteous bullsh*t, have seemed to make it their mission to get in the way of the agenda the WE voted for.

I’d vote for a Maine lobster over this POS backstabbing coward Collins. It would be more intelligent and trustworthy.

Hear, hear! I consistently criticized Collins and her liberal votes for years, but vowed to give her a pass after she showed a spine of steel by voting to confirm Judge (now Justice, thanks to her) Kavanaugh. You are absolutely correct that she has been a real champion on judges during the past three years, and that it would be foolish not to support her reelection next year. If she were being challenged in the primary by someone with the prominence and popularity to win the general, that would be a different story, but as things stand the winner of the 2020 Senate election will be either an incumbent Republican who votes with us 75% of the time (and 95% of the time on judges) or a radical Democrat who would voe with us 10% of the time (and even less often on judges).
