My guess is that the Affidavit for Financial Means includes more that just tax returns. You almost expect people to under report income-something the judge has already mentioned. Would this also include bank statements that show deposits, even cash deposits?

It would be interesting if the bank statements revealed more income than his tax returns. Though, I doubt the court would turn it over to the IRS.

Isn't it public record once it is filed with the court?

Someone will be interested enough to turn it over to the IRS, and the news.

Of course only Breitbart and maybe Fox will publish it, but that is enough.

And, the 10 day deadline is soon enough that it will be public before any possible impeachment trial in the Senate. I bet Humper will be a great witness.
