Doesn't work that way. The left has a whole army of lawyers and advocate groups ready to sue anyone if there is even the slightest hint of hiring bias for someone at the left end of the political spectrum.
I wouldn’t want to work for or with Liberals and fortunately I only worked with a few before I retired.
A boss I had for 17 years knew how to weed out Liberal applicants without them even knowing what he was doing. We had a low turnover rate so it only happened infrequently and was always fun to watch.
