I am beginning to think you are right and this might be the only defense they have to reset this one sided fiasco. Might as well because they have no input anyways. The hearings cannot legally continue without a quorum present so depriving them of a quorum might actually be the only way to make them regroup on the rules. “When it becomes fair we will come back and make a quorum so that we can continue with a fair hearing”.
