The funny thing is they are all expressing their belief that Biden is guilty. If they thought he was innocent asking Ukrain to look into the matterwould be a good thing because a report of innocence would help Biden.
Obviously the all think Biden is guilty
I love it when they accuse him of demanding, when he did no such thing
They’re experts at reading between the lines ,LOL
Is there not a law that allows Ukranian corruption to be investigated?
Did the Congress not pass this law?
Is not Trumps inquiry about possible Ukrainian corruption then his act of faithfully executing and upholding the nations laws?
They won’t bring that up. Then again if they could charge him for not following it they probably would.
Here goes the Mueller tie in..... They are trying to raise the dead...
In his statement, Gerhardt will claim that the record compiled thus far shows that the president has committed several impeachable offenses, including bribery, abuse of power in soliciting a personal favor from a foreign leader to benefit his political campaign, obstructing Congress, and obstructing justice.
He will add: When we apply our constitutional law to the facts found in the Mueller Report and other public sources, I cannot help but conclude that this president has attacked each of the Constitutions safeguards against establishing a monarchy in this country.
In 1999, following the impeachment of President Bill Clinton, whom the Senate declined to remove from office, Gerhardt wrote an essay in the Maryland Law Review arguing that future impeachments should be more bipartisan:
[M]embers of Congress should agree, at the very least, to have bipartisan support before authorizing congressional subpoenas or investigations. Bipartisan agreement to investigate is essential to avoid abusive practices. At the very least, members of Congress should require committee chairs and ranking minority members of committees to agree before initiating investigations or issuing legislative subpoenas.
Yes, this is inquiry is like reading the Editorial Section and/or Letters to the Editor Section of the typical liberal newspaper.

Bingo. They are protecting all the graft over the years coming out of that and other countries. There are probably many on both sides of the aisle that have
“ wet their beak” over the years
Turley is sounding very reasonable in his preface to his position on this.
so far I have learned that you can avoid jail buy running for president for 2.5 years.
He is being objective so far... :)
These witnesses are vulnerable to being called out for making salacious accusations. I hope to see this called out during the hearing.
Watch the Democrats try and excoriate him during questioning if he does not come to the conclusion that they want.
Suing these idiots should be easy with all the crap they’re spuing
that person from Stanford..I bet she’s a lot of fun after a cupla beers. hahaah!
Turley is absolutely killin’ it!

Hand picked Weasels , stacked deck to give the Dems air cover to say
The scholars have told us we have the Constitution on our side.....
Hey fools you were elected, not these academicians....
Turley is sounding very reasonable in his preface to his position on this.
Turley outright stating I voted against him but I don’t think this warrants
impeachment.
He’s stating the procedural deficiencies of the Dems strategy.
He’s neutralizing the emotions of the moments, by stating all the people who
are mad , but mad is not the reason to remove a president.
Calling it a ‘ slipshod” impeachment....
Surprised the Dem’s haven’t had him removed from the room yet /s
What an embarrassment. If we had an honest media they would be heaping ridicule on these bums.
