an actual expert was on Fox the other night talking about how these so-called constitutional scholars are no more than average at best, nothing like those who were involved in the Clinton impeachment. Of course the goals are different now.
Nadler’s opening statement is already heading south as far as a fair hearing is concerned.

The networks have all dutifully switched over to live coverage ... just turned the TV off.
I had to turn off CBS a minute into watching this nonsense. Norah O’Donnell and Paula Reid breathlessly introducing the hearing, almost giddy. “It’s a HUGE committee, set to impeach the President of the United States of America!!”

. The Republican is giving his opening statement and he is on fire. Definitely worth hearing.

I wonder if CBS stayed with the hearings and the Republican ranking member with his outstanding opening statement.
