Judiciary Hearing on Constitutional Framework for Impeachment. The House Judiciary Committee held a hearing with legal experts to discuss the constitutional framework for potentially drawing up articles of impeachment against President Trump.

Turley is a Democrat, but he is dispassionate and refreshingly critical when addressing legal issues. He hates partisanship, and takes the position that the law is and should be free of bias.
Karlan is “overplaying” her part and that could come back to help us.
They don’t allow Turley to finish his caveat to his answer.
This is all theater to allow these professors to determine the fate of a president.
No one involved in the actual call or aware of the duty of the president to investigate corruption per the agreement between these countries.

Also they are interpreting what someone else wrote.
They act like these fools were in actual discussions with “ the framers”
Republicans will give him a chance to explain and “complete” his response. No worry.
The Dems were convinced that Mueller’s report would give them ammunition for impeachment. When that didn’t happen they just shrugged and said, “Oh, well, we’ll just impeach anyway.” May God truly judge them...and harshly.

They are accusing Trump of what Biden did years ago to protect Hunter Biden regarding Burisma corruption.
I agree - Turley is a good “witness” (really an expert, not a fact witness). Hopefully he will appeal to that critical central element: honest, non -hyper ideological Democrats and honest non-hyper ideological Republicans. The majority counsel is a pompous jerk. Compare and contrast.
Ms Karlan used to be a fine symphony conductor.
