Do you remember where you were at 9:26 p.m. EDT on July 31? Sen. Kamala Harris certainly does.
That was the moment her campaign for president ended. She only just got around to admitting it on Tuesday.
Harris, a former prosecutor in San Francisco and attorney general of California, had performed swimmingly in one of the two Democratic debate sessions held in late June. She made a real impression by taking former Vice President Joe Biden down a notch. Although she carefully avoided using the word, she insinuated that Biden’s erstwhile opposition to federally mandated busing made him a racist.
This was exactly what the voters in today’s ever-more extreme and uber-woke Democratic primary wanted to hear. Harris’s support swelled in the weeks that followed; two polls showed her in second place nationally, at 17% and 20%.

Unfortunately neither party is fettered by the Constitution.
Last cycle the GOP had three ineligible candidates running.
Was she a rifle grabber or just an ordinary gun grabber?

Didn’t Kamala’s own father chide her for portraying herself as a “po’ blak chile” when in fact his family was part of Jamaica’s black and mulatto elite? He was proud of his family’s position near the top of Jamaican society and felt she should be too. In fact, didn’t he say something about having black servants or even indentured laborers? Now I may be thinking of someone else . . . But good riddance.

What we have learned is that the Democrats prefer a fake Indian over a real one. ;-)

We need a constitutional amendment to require Representatives and Senators to resign their positions in Congress as soon as they seek to run for any other elected federal or state position.
Representatives filing to run for the Senate or governor of a state, lieutenant governor of a state, attorney general of a state, secretary of state of a state, POTUS, VPOTUS, or any other state elected position must vacate his or her seat.
Senators filing to run for the Senate or governor of a state, lieutenant governor of a state, attorney general of a state, secretary of state of a state, POTUS, VPOTUS, or any other state elected position must vacate his or her seat.
The purpose of such an amendment would be to make Representatives and Senators do the jobs they were elected to do rather than run for another office.
Harris is not a natural born citizen.

Harris is still NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT OR TO HOLD ANY OFFICE THAT CAN SUCCEED PRESIDENT.
SHE CANNOT BE VP.
