The basis for Nunes’ suit against CNN is eminently provable, and can form the template to bring down this media company. ATT that gave the records to Schiff HAD TO HAVE KNOWN whose records were being subpoened— it’s not just ANY subpoena. The man’s NAME is known at high levels of ATT.
As owners of CNN.... ATT is in some deep SChitt. Damages? You bet, but another whole level of potential take down of a public company.
