In Chicago the coroner has a direct line to the Democrat party voter registration center.
They do now, or the funeral home does, but that has only been going on for the last several years.
Only if someone reports a person died does it get recorded. Sounds like these people never reported the death. Kept bodies in the house, the tub, for years.
