It’s simply amazing these legal Constitutionalists that pop out here on every candidate from Ted Cruz to Mistress Kamala and tell us how they’re not eligible.
In case you didn’t notice, Obama served for eight years and no court stopped him.
This bad argument should go away already. Or maybe the folks doing it should just start their own little Constitution club so we don’t have to be bored with it over and over and over.
Mistress Kamala is down and out. It’s a good day. That’s all that matters.
Or, in the alternative, maybe we should demand our respective state’s SoS confirm a candidate’s eligibility, before allowing them on the ballot. A court challenge or two might give us a SCOTUS decision on NBC.

Hillary also wasn’t eligible. I defy anyone to find a single author or transcript of any debate which excluded the spouse from the 22nd. They would have called it what it is, a backdoor around the two term limitation. Still can’t believe there wasn’t a single lawsuit over that.
