Put the crack pipe down.

This won’t cost Trump a single vote in PA. NOT ONE.

I hear there's a new "animal torture video" fad. Maybe it's a response to that.

Just out of curiosity, while there’s a carve out for hunting, is there one for the generation of electricity? Or did they just inadvertently make windmills - a.k.a bird blendets - illegal?

oh yeah and they do it in high heels.

Boy I’m not choir boy but that’s just SICK!!!!

I think I’d get physically ill watching it.

And if I knew someone who watched it, they’d get physically hurt.

Excuse me while I go hug my little cat buddy, Spaghetti.

Depends on the effects of the bill. The rural farmers I knew didn’t support anyone who messed with their living.

Gee I never thought about how my steaks were slaughtered.

And now that you told me I’ll still sleep like a baby tonight.

But I fear too many wouldn’t and you’re right, that is why this is a slippery slope.

We’ve slaughtered our own Thanksgiving turkey. Never did it again but it’s not like we turned vegetarian. I’d rather pay someone to off our dinners.

My mother’s father (from Sicily) used to kill the turkey for Thanksgiving.

She told me they’d all play with the turkey for a bunch of days and then be horrified when he chopped its head off lol

I’m sure they still ate it.

And yeah I’m fine with paying someone to kill my dinner.

Kind of funny right? Folks get dressed up in 500 dollar suits and expensive evening gowns to go chomp down animal flesh at weddings and fancy restaurants just like the cavemen did over a fire :)

I don’t like the bill. I presume Trump signed it because he saw some political gain with an impeding election on the horizon. Or, perhaps more accurately, he was trying to avoid any political loss.

I honestly don’t know enough about the bill to have an informed opinion, and it’s not a high priority for me to find out. But I’ll say again, with confidence, this law will be abused by prosecutors to persecute people.

Meanwhile, abusers of humans are wandering the streets all over the country, often released after receiving little more than slaps on their wrists.

I killed a rat with a shovel recently. Does that make me criminal?

Yeah that’s the horrifying part.

Give the animal abusers the sentences we give the people abusers now.

And give the people abusers life sentences.

I think animal abusers should be locked up for a while because it seems like the next logical step would be hurting people.

But I could be completely wrong.

“he Constitution does not grant general criminal law authority to the feds. Has Trump ever heard of the 10th Amendment?”

Have you ever heard about knowing the subject matter before calling someone, especially POTUS Trump, stupid?

How about RTFB!

“I hear there’s a new “animal torture video” fad. Maybe it’s a response to that. “

i’ve read that this bill was in fact a response to animal torture videos in which animals are crushed to death ...

I occasionally get unwelcome cats wandering in my yard. I don’t want them crapping here. I try to shoo them away, but they usually ignore me. I’m not longer able to run after them.

Soooo, if I’m plug ‘em in the ass with my BB gun, am I breaking a federal law?

If I had only one wish, it would be to slowly crush to death any human who even began making plans to do such a thing. And I could do it. Personally.

Everything’s legal in love, war and politics. It’s perfectly ok to steal one of your opponents best players in politics.
