It’s legit. I heard the whole bit a few months ago on a local Philly morning show. He was in Wilmington, where he had been a lifeguard at the city pool (now named the Joe Biden Center?). It’s part of the same talk where he mentioned Corn-Pop and wrapping his head in a chain or something like that to show he was so tough. The whole speech is truly bizarre, but the parts about the kids rubbing his blonde leg hair and sitting on his lap was super-creepy. I think the media deep-sixed it after they realized how bad it sounded.
So this is super old? I thought it was recent, I guess that explains why the kid behind him is wearing swim goggles! To have it be going viral now must mean the higher ups want Biden out....
