I’m guessing he was talking to a poor minority group and saying he understands roaches, maybe that he lifeguarded in the inner city. Still, his comments about kids touching the hair on his legs are odd, at best. Politicians are empty suits and with Biden, an empty head. He doesn’t seem to care.
