We have been hearing about the IG report for a long time.
It isn’t coming.
However, if I was a dem, I would not sign off on impeachment. It it will open up a lot of issues in the discovery phase.
They don’t care. All they want is to hear the media say, “Trump, who was impeached, blah blah.”
They think that alone will cause President Trump to lose re-election.
Rebuttal witnesses? Low info voters won’t be watching. “Trump’s been impeached”, is enough for them.

It has been announced publicly that it will be released on 9 December (Monday - one week after Schiff’s Impeachment Report), and that the IG (Horowitz) will testify on it to the Senate Judiciary committee on Wednesday, 11 December.
