It appears the president has a chance to take IL in 2020. MN is a long shot but not out of the question.
Illinois? Where the dead walk and vote en mass? That state with Chicago in the middle of it? I think MN is a safer bet. He almost won it in ‘16. I’m hoping he carries New York, by a whisker. It can be done.
