I don’t know what is wrong with Kemp but he will spoil many voters in his attempt to garner support from suburban women, who for the most part have migrated to Atlanta for work from destroyed blue states. They continue voting for candidates that align with those who destroyed the cities they came from.
At the rate this is going GA will soon be a blue state, my county which was a solid red county went for clinton in 2016.

The demographics are becoming an issue in GA among other states for the reasons you state.

There is a growing Indian presence in the northern suburbs of the Atlanta area based on various reports.

They do not vote conservative.

They like government programs...especially education, as they see that as a way to prosperity.

However nice Indians may be they are not assimilating. They are very concerned with the influence of American society on their kids.

Everybody from Chicago and NYC is moving to Atlanta. Its a sad fact. They are now here voting to turn GA into the same chithole they left behind. i can understand Kemps strategerie as Rush would say but Loeffler has no name recognition. I guess he figures after two years of filli g Isaksons seat she will be well known enough to win another six years.
