President Trump is Hong Kong’s sudden hero.
Hours after he signed two bills to support human rights in Hong Kong, angering Chinese government officials, pro-democracy protesters in the beleaguered city held a “Thanksgiving Rally” Thursday night to commend him for taking the action.
And front and center at the rally were printouts of the president’s Wednesday tweet showing his head on Rocky Balboa’s chiseled body.

He learned how to read the public by calling in to radio and TV talk shows in NYC back in the 80's.
Demtarts wanted some symbolic fluff in order to embarrass Trump by making him veto it, lest the Chicoms get riled. But he went and signed it. Chicoms are riled, but since they haven’t closed a deal yet, he’s using this as leverage to incentivize them to move forward. This is not John Kerry’s foreign policy.

They are not stupid. They know what happened in 1989, and they know what the Chicoms are. They expect a crackdown. But thanks to Trump signing this symbolic fluff resolution, they have face and respect, so they give respect back by holding aloft a symbolic fluff picture of Trump as a fighter, which he is, albeit not physically. Face and respect are very important in the far east.

Meanwhile, in America, the lazy, worthless, confused, decadent, spoiled brats of the men and women who made the USA the greatest, the most just and free, the richest, and the most powerful nation in history, are too stupid and too morally and intellectually lazy to know the difference between freedom and tyranny.
The dems who were pushing this, really wanted President Trump to hesitate and perhaps not sign it at all.
THEN, they would have screaming “fits” about it.
So, he signs it...and now he is Rocky.
