Super PAC supporting Cory Booker for president shuts down

A super PAC formed to support Sen. Cory Booker's presidential campaign announced Wednesday that it would cease operations.

Steve Phillips, a San Francisco lawyer and founder of Dream United, indicated in a news release that the super PAC had struggled to raise money. Booker, D-N.J., has publicly disavowed support from super PACs, which aren't required to disclose their donors publicly.

"We remain firm in our belief that Senator Cory Booker is uniquely qualified to unite and heal Americans across this country at this critical point in our history," a statement on Dream United's website read. "Respecting the Senator’s publicly-stated sentiments about SuperPACs, Dream United will cease operations effective immediately."

You can see Spartacus Booker nailed to a cross on the southbound Garden State Parkway heading to Washington. . Please, no rubber necking. With global warming failing like his campaign, he should be visible until the Spring thaw.

Mr. Phillips is living on the wrong planet if he believes Mr. Booker can unite anything.

Does not matter one bit. It is all a media driven show for the masses.

The top vote getter,or whomever is thrust forward will be billed as the savior and the inti Trump.

A ham sandwich will get 35-40% of the popular because they are below average in brain circuitry.

The discrepancy is due to a few below average intelligence voters still manage to see sufficient light.

Will this be the end of his fake relationship with a woman too? He may try to keep the act going just in case the democrat nominee feels they need a black guy on the ticket.

Bug-eye Booker's problem is that he is excitable and prone to over-reaction. Those are not leadership qualities, but I guess Bug-eye never learned that at Stanford and Yale.

Drama queens garner lots of attention and camera time in the Senate because they stand out in a crowd, but they never--NEVER--get elected to higher office.

They could call it Super Friday, and ditch about 20 of them.

Spartacus’ campaign is failing? Oh, no, what’s the over under on his dropping out? What is the odds that the media is going to talk about it?

His most basic problem is that he brings nothing to the job; he isn’t qualified for anything. He served as mayor of NJ’s largest dump (with no improvement, just continued decline) then as an ineffective senator for a state descending into a dump (with no improvement, just continued decline). There are no accomplishments to rally support.

She disappeared when he couldn’t break .001%, and likely wouldn’t even win the NJ primary; it is a running joke here in NJ.

Since the enemedia took the time to fabricate the relationship, I thought they’d at least take the time to end it as well: “Cory simply spends too much time caring for the American people; there was simply no time for the wild sexcapades we enjoyed prior to the race...”.
