China’s hand in cementing a phase one trade deal with the U.S. keeps getting weaker even though many American media outlets keep reporting otherwise because they seem to like Chinese President Xi Jinping better than President Donald Trump, CNBC’s Jim Cramer said Monday.

Thanks cba123. He's said this a few times that I've seen (I generally view the vid clips on YT rather than the CNBC website), Cramer seems to have turned some corner in the past few months. My wild guess is, the No Brains Collectively at NBC will find some pretext to purge him, probably first drive him crazy with new newsless segments.

Human beings are funny that way. Trump is apparently a ‘hero’ in Hong Kong. Kind of a symbol of rebellion there. And I’m not sure that Trump would pull-a-hair if the PLA were to roll in there with tanks tomorrow morning. People are always looking for symbols. And sometimes they just pick one that’s a thumb-in-the-eye of their target — President Xi in this case — and not because that symbol has anything particular to say about their own movement.
