The New York Fed Reserve Bank researchers who wrote that report just did a “Favor” for China. Just like Joe Biden did a “Favor” for Burisma. And Obama did a $350 million “Favor” for Pearson Publishing.
Sounds like a collusion report from New Yorkers for Blumberg!
