The requirements for a Writ of Certiorari are quite extensive. I wonder if all conditions can be met within the 10 days. I imagine the legal costs for preparing the Writ of Certiorari will be expensive. I wonder if these costs will be covered by the taxpayer’s money?
It’s not that difficult if you have done it before. Ten days is plenty of time, although I suspect that it has already been written.
