Let me guess: an Obama judge. This will be appealed to the Supreme Court.

THe MYTimes article doesn’t mention the judge’s appointer.
But does mention she quotes a republican-appointed judge.
That’s silly, and vile journalism.
IDK, total immunity is a stretch, but in practical terms a counsel is unable to respond to about any query.

between “exective privilege” and “attorney client privilege” and “separation of powers doctrine” any “national security privilege” as may apply,
he would have probably nothing to say other than,
“my name is ...”

Federal District Court Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is just another Barack Obama stooge. Who would expect anything different from her?

Affirmative Action judge. Actually no. Getting into Harvard could easily be through AA; however, graduating magna cum laude can only be done through talent. Same with Harvard Law where she graduated cum laude. Udumbo was an AA slacker dullard. Not this one, though. That said, Odumbo nominated her and she is certainly capable of issuing opinions based on her political objectives. This will be overturned on appeal.

Former White House counsel Don McGahn must obey subpoena to testify before Congress, judge rules Every time I see a ruling that is on it's face stupid or wrong, I immediately assume it's a Judge appointed by that idiot who occupied the White House in 2009.
Either that or a Clinton appointee.

Shouldnt be a problem. No biggie.
He should testify because as everyone knows here, our President has not and can never commit anything wrong. Bring it.

So, all those that work in the White House can no longer share recommendations with the president. At any given time the House or Senate will summon all working on the staff of the president. No confidential advice or discussion. Might was well have a Representative or Senator working in the Oval Office.

We need to get a national task force going which will impeach these traitors on the bench.
