Should be stated as:"Suspicionless searches of travelers’ electronic devices by federal agents at airports and other U.S. ports of entry are unconstitutional only if the "travelers" are U.S. citizens...

One time many yrs ago I would play 9-holes of golf on Thrursday after work. I would stop many times at this mini-store & get 2 cans of beer. Of course I would drnk them on my way home like 30 miles. So, one sunset evening I did my thing but something seemed wrong. I left the place to the freeway -about a mile - on hopped on. Within 2 miles the light from polic came on. He pulled me over asking questions & snooping but saw nothing that was wrong. However, he stated he saw me swerving on the road - which was totally false. The point is you can be stopped for nothing & at their own will.
