Yup, SHEESH! It’s almost easier to name the nations NOT in some form of turmoil.
This is a relatively new government. After the US and allies conquered Iraq, the UN used anti-Arafat Iraqi leaders and wrote a new constitution for the country, oversaw elections and thereby established a new Iraq. That is what I recall. What am I missing?? What has happened??
