Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was discharged from a Baltimore hospital Sunday and is “home and doing well,” the court said in a statement.

There seems to be some misconceptions out there.

Ginsburg had if the SCOTUS press releases are to be believed, as of August localized pancreatic cancer. She was not treated with curative intent; rather, radiation was administered to the tumor site. (It is remarkable that she previously (reportedly) already had a Whipple performed in 2009.) Ablative radiation rarely eradicates a pancreatic tumor. It merely allows the tumor site to be less injurious to the pancreas and surrounding organs. For a time. Usually a few months.

At the same time, a biliary stent was inserted into the bile duct, most likely endoscopically. This is a palliative procedure, and generally performed with a a guideline 6 month efficacy.

The problem with pancreatic cancer is that the tumor doesn’t stop growing. Ever.

So what we are seeing from her multiple hospitalizations is the exact trajectory one expects to see.

Her infection might or might not be related to the increasingly occluded bile duct, be it food, blood, etc. It really doesn’t matter if they licked this infection (unlikely). The fever and chills, as well as the previous hospitalization for a “stomach bug” most certainly are not from the flu or a non-cancer related ailment.

By now, her liver most likely is being consumed by the tumor. She had mets in her lung removed a year ago. It would not surprise me if her cancer has metastasized elsewhere, again most likely liver and/or other abdominal organs.

The symptoms of a stomach bug is precisely the symptoms one would expect from liver involvement. Layering on fever and chills a few weeks later buttresses liver involvement.

My guess is she is certainly has been started on opioid pain management. Once started, she will never get off of them, with again the familiar oral to iv pain management jump occurring (or having already occurred).

Intake of food is a concern. She is grossly susceptible to cachexia given her already low body weight. Confusion will come, then sleep.

Hopefully we are given relevant information. If she resigns her seat, then, no, we have no right to her health imformation.

But she is, for now, a Supreme Court Justice. We expect her to have the capacity to perform those duties. If she does not, we have the right to know.

It is ironic that the leftwing media can gain access to and report on all manners of classified secrets so long as they think it harms Trump.

But watch how quiet the NY Times, CNN, the Washington Post, AP, NBC, etc. etc. etc. become about her true condition. Have you noticed the only reporting they do is blindly quote the press releases? No other sources, anon or otherwise. How quaint.

In the end, to quote Linkin Park, it doesn’t really matter. They can purposely hide the truth from us, but nothing can stop the inevitable. Trump will get his next Supreme Court pick. And nothing the left can do to stop it.

Have a great Thanksgiving America.
