Yeah, many of them have probably moved on to other duty stations, but I would recall the General Services Officer (GSO), who would have received the official photos and logged it and would have informed the Protocol Officer and at the very least, the Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) if not the Ambassador. The Protocol Officer would have coordinated with the Front Office Ambassador/DCM) on when to display the photos.
But wait......there is a message from SECSTATE that directs the display of the photos on a certain date. It is an unclassified administrative message, readily available to everyone.
If fact, you can get that message by a FOIA request to State Dept. Or ask your Congressscritter to get it, saving you the time.
