Massive concrete foundations for these levee walls.

In addition to the massive slab seen here, there is a a deep and massive reinforced footing on the river side of the slab. Then there is a roughly 8-10 foot (depending n the localhigh water elevation) massive reinforced retaining wall on top of the slab, which serves as the base of the 18 foot bollards.

I wonder what the smallest extension ladder that would work to get over the wall cost. And who’s going to be selling them to Mexico.

Dang! Anyone who can climb over that wall, unaided, and survive unscathed should be, automatically, given a tryout for the Army Rangers... If they fail the Rangers training they should be catapulted naked, wearing only a backpack (full of old unexploded ordinance) back over the wall...

In fact, we should start testing the catapult immediately using Pelosi, Schiff, etc, etc... as the perfect dummies...
