Bolton said he would testify only if subpoenaed. The Fascist never subpoena him.

Bolton spent his whole life being treated like scum by the DC beltway. He can do a whole lot of payback to the DC elites by simply telling the truth or he can lie for the DC Swamp machine, and get discarded like so much rubbish after his usefulness ends.

As I've said before, the Democrats can not risk putting the President on trial where the can not hide evidence and witnesses and he has the right to present his own evidence, witnesses, and cross examine the Democrats. There is more evidence against the accusers than the accused. Muller's investigation and Schiff's hearings are really cover ups of the Democrat's own crimes. That is why they have abuse and hide the abuse of FISA courts and secret witnesses who are not called to testify.
As for Bolton, everything Bolton says under oath can be confirmed or denied by the documentation during his time as National Security Advisor. He is not stupid enough to perjure himself on live television a month before Horowitz releases his report.
