This Congresscritter is leaving and was considered the one “moderate” that the Democrats might get on the Intelligence Committee to support them.
What he did was basically announce there was nothing impeachable, thus squashing Dem hopes to get at least 1 Republican so they could call it bipartisan going into the Judiciary Committee.
