More specially, patriots are reminded that Justice Joseph Story had clarified that Congress was not to use the General Welfare Clause (1.8.1) as an excuse to justify foreign aid spending. In other words, foreign aid is unconstitutional.

Not only have corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification DC lawmakers and executives used unconstitutional federal taxes to make US taxpayers involuntary servants to the recipients of foreign aid, but we are also involuntary servants to elected DC lawmakers!

A “contractor” with the right DNA and genitalia can clean-up by securing federal contracts. The premise of the movie "Wardogs" was very close to what actually happens. One can nibble on the outskirts of the federal feedbag and become incredibly fat and wealthy. I can't get out of here fast enough, this entire region needs to be cleaned.
