There isn't such a thing.
A. Does IT...have a uterus?
B. Does IT...have the "Y" chromasome?
The only pronouns I use are “he”, “she” and “it” ... and it’s my choice based on my observation of the individual’s appearance and behavior (influenced, of course, by whether or not he/she/it is holding a weapon!)
