I think there are some things in the Dunham investigation and the IG report that will pertain to Ukraine meddling in the 2016 election. This will tie Burisma to the meddling and with it Biden and others from the Obama administration. This can also tie the Clinton Foundation to the payouts.
In other words, the Clinton Foundation was the laundry mat for all the money flowing to Ukraine and back out to Biden and friends.
