“The Democrats have never accepted the will of the American people,”

And never will until they're either dead or imprisoned by the American people. Simply throwing them out of office doesn't work because naturally wealth backs the permanent government, not the will of the majority.

Repeal the 17th Amendment and we have a fighting chance at turning things around without widespread bloodshed. Leave it in place and there's no way things turn around without a great deal of violence and destruction.
