I know one simple fact about the royals that outranks all others. I don't give a small rat's ass about them and their shenanigans. No sweat off of my nads and they have no impact on my life. FWIW I met Charles once in the 80’s. Extremely unimpressive guy.
No, Royals really don't have any impact on every day Americans; however, the UK is an old ally of ours...though not an old one. The whole ALLY THING is actually extremely recent in the scheme of things.
