Chick-fil-A rode a wave of conservative support to its highest profits ever. They didn't just survive the LGBT-initiated boycotts -- they thrived, doubling sales since the moment liberals decided it was a "controversy" to give to charities like the Salvation Army.

If that's correct, I didn't realize their sales increase was that dramatic. Whatever anyone thinks about the controversies, this latest is a really stupid business move.

Has anyone seen reports of whether sales are being impacted yet?

I just cannot understand kissing the butt of maybe 3% of the market, to piss off 50% of it.

I guess there are homo lovers on the board and in upper management, they’re faggotry advocates, and they’re gonna woke CfA. Or, they’re afraid of the Gaystapo.

The founder Samuel Truett Cathy died five years ago. Kids Dan, Bubba and Trudy run it now. Five years ago CEO Dan backed off of their prior Christian perspectives and went “non-political”.

Their sales in the last year available was over $5B. I guess that was not enough to satisfy the President of the company and others so getting into the San Antonio and Buffalo airports will improve the bottom line.
