How did Giuliani overstep? There were reports in the leftist media that the Ukraine had meddled in the 2016 election on behalf of Hillary, and Trump/Giuliani wanted to get to the bottom of it.

There was also the suspicious FACT that Biden's son made lots of money from a shady Ukrainian energy company at a time when his father was vice-president, and that Biden Jr. and his lawyers met at the White House to discuss a Ukrainian investigation into that same company. Shortly thereafter, the prosecutor in that investigation was fired at Biden's insistence, under threat of withholding US aid.

Those are legitimate concerns, and it is not corrupt in any way to look into it. What have the DEMS been claiming for four years? That foreign governments meddled in the 2016 election and we must get to the bottom of it!
