Only the mentally challenged Democrats would try to prove that President Trump demanded quid pro quo while asking the Ukraine to investigate an actual taped admission of quid pro quo by Joe Biden. I can see Biden doing something that stupid since he freely admitted on tape at a public gathering, that he threatened Ukraine officials to do his bidding or else...no money.
